ਰਿਚਰਡ ਡੀ. ਬਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ  ਪੁਸਤਕਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਤੇ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਡੰਡੇ ਮਾਰੇ, ਬਿਨਾਂ ਸਖ਼ਤ, ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਰੋਧ ਅਤੇ ਬਗੈਰ ਦਾਨ ਲਏ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਗਿਆਨ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਆਓ, ਅੱਜ ਕੁਝ ਅਦਭੁਤ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰੀਏ। 

                                                   

  ਭਾਰਤ ਚ ਛਪੀ ਹੋਈ ਪੁਸਤਕ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ 1557ਚ ਗੋਆ 'ਚ ਮਿਲੀ। ਇੱਕ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਚੀਅਨ ਮਿਸ਼ਨਰੀ ਵਲੋਂ ਇਹ ਰੋਮਨ ਲਿੱਪੀ ਚ ਲਿਖੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਪੁਸਤਕ ਜੋ ਗ੍ਰੇਨਾਡਾ, ਸਪੇਨ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਪੂਜਾ ਘਰ 'ਚ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਯੋਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਮੁੱਢਲੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਰਾਣੀ ਆਈਜਾ ਬੇਲਾ ਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਪੰਜ ਸੌ ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। 'ਏ ਹਿਸਟਰੀ ਆਫ ਰੋਮ' ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਫਰੈਂਚ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਕੱਜਲ ਅਤੇ ਕੌਫੀ ਦੀ ਤਲਛਟਰਲਵੀਂ ਸਿਆਹੀ 'ਚ ਛਾਪਿਆ ਗਿਆ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਮੂਲ ਪਾਂਡੂਲਿਪੀ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ 'ਚ ਕੱਜਲ ਅਤੇ ਕੌਫੀ ਦੀ ਤਲਛਟ ਨੁੂੰ ਮਿਲਾ ਕੇ ਬਣਾਈ ਗਈ ਸਿਆਹੀ ਨਾਲ ਲਿਖੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ।

 ਡੇਨੀਅਲ ਡੇਫੋ ਦੀ ਰਾਬਿੰਸਨ ਕ੍ਰਸੋ ਨਾਮਕ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਕਈ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਕਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਾਪਸ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਤੋ ਬਾਅਦ ਛਪੀ ਅਤੇ ਇੰਨੀ ਹਰਮਨ ਪਿਆਰੀ ਹੋਈ ਕਿ ਬੀਤੀਆਂ ਦੋ ਸਦੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਕਈ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ 'ਚ ਛਪ ਕੇ ਵਿਕਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਹਰਮਨ ਪਿਆਰੀ ਪੁਸਤਕ ਬਣ ਗਈ। ਆਗਸਟਿਨ ਥਿਏਰੀ (1795 - 1856) ਨਾਂਅ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਫਰਾਂਸੀਸੀ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕਾਰ ਨੇ 20 ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਗਰੰਥਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੁਦ ਅੰਨ੍ਹੇ ਤੇ ਲਕਵੇ ਨਾਲ ਪੀੜਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਬਿਸਤਰੇ ਤੇ ਪਏ  - ਪਏ ਹੀ ਲਿਖਵਾਏ ਸਨ। 

ਬਾਰਸੀਲੋਨਾ, ਸਪੇਨ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਲਾਇਬਰੇਰੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਜਿਊਆਨ ਵਿਸੇਟੇ ਨੇ 1830 ਤੋਂ 1835 ਦਰਮਿਆਨ 9 ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਕਤਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ, ਹਰ ਵਾਰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਖੋਹਣ ਲਈ। ਸੰਨ 1931 'ਚ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ ਲੇਖਕ ਸਟੀਫਨ ਸਾਉਥ  ਵੋਲਡ ਦੀ ਵੇਲੀਐਟਕਲੇ ਨਾਅ ਦੀ ਇਕ ਪੁਸਤਕ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 3 ਸਤੰਬਰ 1939 ਨੂੰ ਦੂਜੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਯੁੱਧ ਛਿੜਨ ਦੀ ਭਵਿੱਖਬਾਣੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ, ਜੋ ਇਕਦਮ ਖਰੀ ਉਤਰੀ l 

ਸੰਨ 1175 ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖੀ ਗਈ 'ਗਾਸਪਲ ਆਫ ਹੈਨਰੀ ਦ ਲਾਇਨ' ਸੋਥਨੀ ਲਾਇਬਰੇਰੀ, ਲੰਦਨ 'ਚ ਰੱਖੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਜਰਮਨ ਪਾਦਰੀ ਹੈਰੀਮਨ ਵਲੋ ਲੇਟਿਨ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਚ ਲਿਖੀ ਗਈ ਇਸ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਦਾ ਆਕਾਰ 14 * 10 ਇੰਚ ਦਾ ਹੈ l ਇਸ 'ਚ ਤਸਵੀਰਾ ਸਮਤ 41 ਪਨੇ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਹਨੇਰੇ ਚ ਚਮਕਦੇ ਹਨ l ਇੰਨਾ ਲਈ ਵਰਤੇ ਗਏ ਰੰਗਾ ਚ ਸੋਨੇ- ਚਾਂਦੀ ਦੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ । 

ਐੱਚ. ਡੀ. ਵੇਲਸ ਨੇ ਸੰਨ 1914 'ਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਪੁਸਤਕ 'ਦ ਵਰਲਡ ਸੈਟ ਫ੍ਰੀ ' ਇੱਕ ਪਰਮਾਣੂ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਸੀ । ਉਸ ਹਥਿਆਰਦਾ ਨਾਂਅ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਰਮਾਣੂ ਬੰਬ ਹੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਸੀ, ਜਦੋ ਕਿ ਪਰਮਾਣੂ ਬੰਬ ਦੀ ਖੋਜ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ । ਜਪਾਨ ਦੀ ਯਾਮਾਬਾਤਾ ਨਾਂਅ ਦੀ ਔਰਤ ਨਾ ਤਾਂ ਬੋਲ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਿਲਾ ਜੁਲਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ । ਇੰਨੀ  ਅਪੰਗਤਾ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਪਲਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਲਗਭਗ ਦੋ ਸਾਲਾਂ 'ਚ ਇੱਕ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਲਿਖਣ 'ਚ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ । ਯਾਮਾਬਾਤਾਂ ਅੱਖਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਪਲਕਾ ਝਪਕਾ ਕੇ ਚੁਣ ਲੈਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਊਹ ਅੱਖਰ ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਚ ਚਲਾ ਜਾਦਾ ਹੈ l ਉਸ ਨੇ ਸਖਤ ਮਿਹਨ ਕਰਕੇ 280 ਪਨਿਆ ਦੀ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਲਿਖੀ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਨਾਅ ਹੈ ' ਮੈ ਬੋਲਣਾ  ਚਾਹਤੀ ਹੂੰ, ਮੈ ਘੁਮਨਾ ਚਾਹਤੀ ਹੂੰ।

ਸੰਨ 1454 'ਚ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਜਰਮਨੀ 'ਚ ਮੁਦਰਿਤ ਗੁਟੇਨ ਬਰਗ ਦੀ ਬਾਇਬਲ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਕਾਪੀ ਲਈ ਨਿਊਯਾਰਕ 'ਚ 1978 'ਚ ਇੱਕ ਨਿਲਾਮੀ 'ਚ 24 ਲੱਖ ਡਾਲਰ ਅਦਾ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਫਰਾਂਸ ਦੇ ਟੇਲਾਉਸ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ 'ਚ ਇੱਕ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਲੰਬਾਈ ਚਾਰ ਮੀਟਰ ਅਤੇ ਚੌੜਾਈ ਤਿੰਨ ਮੀਟਰ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰ ਅੱਠ ਟਨ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਦੇ ਹਰੇਕ ਪੰਨੇ ਦਾ ਭਾਰ ਕਰੀਬ ਦੋਕੁਇੰਟਲ ਹੈ। ਇਸ 'ਚ ਵਪਾਰ, ਉਦਯੋਗ, ਕਲਾ, ਪ੍ਰੈੱਸ ਆਦਿ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਹੈ। 

ਸੰਨ 1744 'ਚ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ 'ਪਰਫੈਕਟ ਬੁੱਕ' ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ।  ਇਸ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਪੰਨੇ ਨੂੰ ਕਈ ਪਰੂਫਰੀਡਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ਵਾਰ ਪੜਿਆ ਗਿਆ, ਤਾਂਕਿ ਕਿਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਗਲਤੀ ਨਾ ਰਹਿ ਜਾਵੇ। ਇਸ 'ਚ ਗਲਤੀ ਦੱਸਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਗਲਤੀ 250 ਡਾਲਰ ਦਾ ਇਨਾਮ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਚ 6 ਗਲਤੀਆ ਲੱਭੀਆ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚੋ ਇੱਕ ਗਲਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਪੰਨੇ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਲਾਇਨ 'ਚ ਹੀ ਸੀ।

 In the town of  Tridelberg , Holland, a man named Haynes Lippershey made a variety of Lenses. One day while experimenting with lenses, he realized that he placed two lenses( one concave and the other convex) in a short distance in one direction and wanted to see the clock-tower in front. He kept his eyes in front of the lens as if he couldn't believe his eyes. He saw that scene many times, because what he saw was true. Thus inadvertently a great discovery was made born. 

                                          

Looking at the two lenses together, it seemed to him that the clock was very close to the clock and was looking very large. He than placed the two lenses in the same way in a paper pipe and thus the world's first telescope was born. A telescope is an eye that can clearly see objects hundreds of thousands of miles away. Some believe that telescopes were first made in England about 30 years before Haynes Lippershey, but his invention was not patented. It was patented in 1608 by Haynes Lippershey. This was followed by a flood of different types of telescopes. The following year, in 1609 the great scientist Galileo built a powerful telescope and began studying the universe with his telescope in January 1610. Observing the moon with his telescope, Galileo was the first to point out that the moon is high and low, and that it is equipped with hollows. Galileo's first telescope could do 30 times more things. Initially the telescope had only two lenses. Attached to the front is the object that collects and focuses the rays coming from the astronomical village and the other is attaches to the rear is the ledge that forms the last image. These are all reflecting type of lenses. These included two spherical aberrations and a chromatic aberration. These are removed using large focal length lens and two lenses using a pair.

What Kind of Training :   Brave youth can join Indian Air Force NDA has selected a candidate for the Indian Air Force after the initial selection process.  He is then sent to the National Defense Academy's Khagragwasla based education center for three years of training. During the training, pilots are trained to use all kinds of weapons and aircraft. Upon completion of the training, the trained pilots are promoted to the rank of Air Force Permanent Commissioned Officer and are posted to any existing Air Force Station in the country. 

SSC Exams For Men and Women :  Applications of the flying Branch of the Indian Air Force can also be made through the SSC exam. Those who are recruited through this route are also given a short service commission in the Indian Air Force for 14 years.

 

                                              

Eligibility :   Anyone between the ages of 19 to 23 years and who had graduated from any recognized University with 60% marks in Physics, Mathematics and English subjects, B. Tech, BE or equivalent, as well as who has SSC Achieved C - Certificate from the Airwing Senior Division of the University and is eligible to sit in this examination. Student who are appearing for the final semester examination of graduation are also eligible to appear in this examination. For this you need to have science at both 12th and BA level. (ii) ਘਰੇਲੂ ਖੇਤਰ : ਇਹ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਉਪਭੋਗ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ।

(iii) ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਖੇਤਰ : ਇਹ ਖੇਤਰ ਕਰਾਧਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।

(iv) ਬਾਕੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਖੇਤਰ : ਇਹ ਖੇਤਰ ਨਿਰਯਾਤ ਅਤੇ ਆਯਾਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।

(v) ਵਿੱੱਤੀ ਖੇਤਰ : ਇਹ ਖੇਤਰ ਮੁਦਰਾ ਉਧਾਰਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਮਾਂ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਸਵਿਕਾਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। 

ਪ੍ਰ- 2 ਆਮਦਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਦੇ ਚੱਕਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਅਰਥ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰਣ ਕੀ ਹੈ ? 

 

ਉ- 2  ਆਮਦਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਦੇ ਚੱਕਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਤੋਂ ਭਾਵ ਅਰਥਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਦੇ ਭਿੰਨ-ਭਿੰਨ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਦਰਿਕ ਆਮਦਨ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਜਾਂ ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਚੱਕਰੀ ਰੂਪ ਵਿਚ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਤੋਂ ਹੈ I ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਆਮਦਨ ਦਾ ਚੱਕਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਨਾ ਤਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਆਰੰਭ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ , ਤੇ ਨਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਅੰਤ l

 ਇਸ ਚੱਕਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਮੁੱਖ ਕਾਰਣ ਹਨ ।

(i) ਕਿਸੇ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਉਲਟ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁਦਰਾ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ । ਉਦਾਹਰਣ- ਲਗਾਨ, ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰੀ , ਵਿਆਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਲਾਭ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। 

(ii) ਇੱਕ ਖੇਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਜੋ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ ਮਿਲਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ , ਉਹ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ । ਜੇਕਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ ਭੁਗਤਾਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਹਨ ਜਾਂ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਚੱਕਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਇੱਕ ਜਾਂ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਬਿੰਦੂ ਉੱਤੇ ਜਰੂਰ ਰੁਕ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਪ੍ਰ - 3  ਆਮਦਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਦੇ ਚੱਕਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਕਰੋ ? 

ਉ - 3  ਆਮਦਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਦੇ ਚੱਕਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਦੋ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ : 

 (i) ਵਾਸਤਵਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ

 (ii) ਮੌਦਰਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ

 

(i) ਵਾਸਤਵਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ : ਵਾਸਤਵਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਤੋਂ ਭਾਵ ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਤੋਂ ਹੈ। ਉਦਾਹਰਣ : 

ਮੰਨ ਲਓ, ਇੱਕ ਸਰਲ ਅਰਥਵਿਵਸਥਾ 'ਚ ਸਿਰਫ ਦੋ ਖੇਤਰ ਹਨ : 

(i) ਉਤਪਾਦਕ ਖੇਤਰ

(ii) ਘਰੇਲੂ ਖੇਤਰ

ਇਹ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਖੇਤਰ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਆਪਸੀ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਹਨ:

(i) ਉਤਪਾਦਕ ਖੇਤਰ  ਘਰੇਲੂ ਖੇਤਰ ਨੂੰ  ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੂਰਤੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ।

(ii) ਘਰੇਲੂ ਖੇਤਰ ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਦੇ ਸਾਧਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੂਰਤੀ ਉਤਪਾਦਕ ਖੇਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ।

                             

                                      

(ii)  ਮੌਦਰਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ :  ਮੌਦਰਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਤੋਂ ਭਾਵ ਮੁਦਰਾ, ਵਿਆਜ, ਲਗਾਨ, ਲਾਭ, ਮਜਦੂਰੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਤੋਂ ਹੈ।

                                   

 

 ਪ੍ਰ - 4 ਚੱਕਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਮਾਡਲ ਕੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ? 

ਉ -4 ਚੱਕਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਮਾਡਲ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ : 

(i) ਇੱਕ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੋਈ ਅਵੱਧੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਰਥਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੈਦਾ ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਲ। ਇਹ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਉਤਪਾਦ ਹੋ ।

(ii) ਇੱਕ ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਅਵੱਧੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਲਗਾਨ, ਵਿਆਜ ਅਤੇ ਲਾਭ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਰਥਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਰਜਤ ਆਮਦਨ। ਇਹ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਆਮਦਨ ਹੈ।

(iii) ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਲ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਆਮਦਨ ਪ੍ਰਜਾਨਨ ਦੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। 

            ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਉਤਪਾਦ = ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਆਮਦਨ

(iv) ਅਰਥਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੈਦਾ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਰੀਦ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਪ੍ਰ - 5 ਭਿੰਨ-ਭਿੰਨ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਮਦਨ ਦੇ ਚੱਕਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਵਿਆਖਿਆ ਕਰੋ।

 

ਉ - 5 ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਤਿੰਨ ਭਾਗਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੰਡਿਆਂ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ : 

1 . ਆਮਦਨ ਦੇ ਚੱਕਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਦੋ ਖੇਤਰੀ ਮਾਡਲ : 

ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਖੇਤਰ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਇਕ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਖੇਤਰ ਤੇ ਉਤਪਾਦਕ ਖੇਤਰ। 

ਮਾਨਤਾਵਾਂ : 

(i) ਉਤਪਾਦਕ ਖੇਤਰ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਪੰਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ । ਇਹ ਖੇਤਰ ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਦੇ ਸਾਧਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ  : ਕਿਰਤ, ਪੂੰਜੀ ਆਦਿ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਯੋਗ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਉਲਟ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਖੇਤਰ ਉਤਪਾਦਕ ਖੇਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਦੇ ਸਾਧਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।

(ii) ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਆਰਥਿਕਕ੍ਰਿਆਵਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਦਾ। 

(iii) ਅਰਥਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਇੱਕ ਬੰਦ ਅਰਥਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਹੈ । ਅਰਥਾਤਉਤਪਾਦਕ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੇ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਰਯਾਤ ਜਾਂ ਆਯਾਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਖੇਤਰ ਕੇਵਲ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ।

(v) ਘਰੇਲੂ ਖੇਤਰ ਕੋਈ ਬੱਚਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਭਾਵ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਮਦਨ ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਖਰਚ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।

                   

  

                      

                                

 ਆਮਦਨ ਦੇ ਚੱਕਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਤਿੰਨ ਖੇਤਰੀ ਮਾਡਲ : 

(i) ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਉੱਪਰ ਕਰ ਲਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਜਿਵੇਂ ਆਮਦਨ ਕਰ, ਅਵਾਸ ਕਰ। ਸਿੱਟੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਮੁਦਰਾ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਖੇਤਰ ਤੋਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਵੱਲ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ l 

(ii) ਸਰਕਾਰ ਉਤਪਾਦਕ ਖੇਤਰ ਉੱਪਰ ਕਰ ਲਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਜਿਵੇਂ - ਵਿਕਰੀ ਕਰ। ਸਿੱਟੇ ਵੱਜੋਂ ਮੁਦਰਾ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ।

(iii) ਸਰਕਾਰ ਉਤਪਾਦਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ।  ਸਿੱਟੇ ਵੱਜੋਂ ਮੁਦਰਾ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਤੋ ਉਤਪਾਦਕ ਖੇਤਰ ਵੱਲ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

(iv) ਸਰਕਾਰ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਜਿਵੇਂ - ( ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ) ਸਿੱਟੇ ਵੱਜੋਂ ਮੁਦਰਾ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਤੋ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਖੇਤਰ ਵੱਲ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

(v) ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬੱਚਤ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।  ਸਿੱਟੇ ਵੱਜੋਂ ਮੁਦਰਾ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਤੋ ਮੁਦਰਾ ਬਜ਼ਾਰ ਵੱਲ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

(vi) ਸਰਕਾਰ ਮੁਦਰਾ ਉਧਰ ਲੈਦੀ ਹੈ। ਸਿੱਟੇ ਵੱਜੋਂ ਮੁਦਰਾ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਮੁਦਰਾ ਬਜ਼ਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਵੱਲ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ।

                        

 ਆਮਦਨ ਦੇ ਚੱਕਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਚਾਰ ਖੇਤਰੀ ਮਾਡਲ : 

(i) ਘਰੇਲੂ ਖੇਤਰ : ਘਰੇਲੂ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਹਨ :

(a) ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ :  ਘਰੇਲੂ ਖੇਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਪਾਦਕ ਖੇਤਰ ਤੋਂ ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਦੇ ਸਾਧਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਦਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਧਨ ਆਮਦਨ ਲਗਾਨ, ਵਿਆਜ, ਲਾਭ ਅਤੇ ਮਜਦੂਰੀ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਖੇਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਤੋਂ ਹਸਤਾਂਤਰਣ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ।

(b) ਭੁਗਤਾਨ : ਘਰੇਲੁ ਖੇਤਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਰੂਰਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਪਤੋਗਤਾ ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਖਰੀਦਣ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਉਤਪਾਦਕ ਖੇਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਉਪਤੋਗ ਖਰਚ ਦਾ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।

(ii) ਉਤਪਾਦਕ ਖੇਤਰ :  ਉਤਪਾਦਕ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਹਨ :

(a) ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ : ਉਤਪਾਦਕ ਖੇਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਖੇਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਤੋਂ ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਦਲੇ ਆਮਦਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸਭ ਇਸ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆ ਹਨ ।

(b) ਭੁਗਤਾਨ : ਉਤਪਾਦਕ ਖੇਤਰ ਸਾਧਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਖੇਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

(iii) ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਖੇਤਰ : ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਹਨ :

(a) ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ : ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਖੇਤਰ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੱਖ ਕਰ ਅਤੇ ਉਤਪਾਦਕ ਖੇਤਰ ਤੋਂ ਅਪ੍ਰਤੱਖ ਕਰ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਗਮ ਕਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ । ਇਹ ਸਭ ਇਸ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆ ਹਨ ।

(b) ਭੁਗਤਾਨ : ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਉਤਪਾਦਕ ਖੇਤਰ ਤੋਂ ਜੋ ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਖਰੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਸਦੇ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਖੇਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਵੀ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

(iv) ਬਾਕੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਖੇਤਰ : ਬਾਕੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਹਨ :

(a) ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ: (i) ਸਾਡਾ ਉਤਪਾਦਕ ਖੇਤਰ ਬਾਕੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਨੂੰ ਵਸਤੂਆ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਰਯਾਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ।

(ii) ਸਾਡੇ ਨਿਵਾਸੀ ਬਾਕੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਤੋਂ ਉਪਹਾਰ ਜਾਂ ਹਸਤਾਂਤਰਣ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।

(b) ਭੁਗਤਾਨ : ਸਾਡੇ ਉਤਪਾਦਕ ਬਾਕੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਤੋਂਵਸਤੂਆ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਆਯਾਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ।

ਉ - 6 (i) ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਪੱਖ : ਇਸਦਾ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਉਤਪਾਦਕ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਨਾਲ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਇਸਦਾ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਪੈਦਾ ਵਸਤੂਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਾਤਰਾ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਸਤਵਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਹੈ।

Difficulties finding work : If you pass with good marks from famous universities, you will get a good job first, but the growing number of ration and professional degree holders has made it difficult to find jobs. Campus placements are also declining now. Many young people are frustrated by the lack of jobs. Occasionally there are cases of suicide, but this not the answer. Just need a little patience and coolness. no degree holder remains unemployed. Overconfidence in yourself can hinder your progress. You can create your own blog on the net. Intelligent people can influence you. Great care must be taken when commenting or any issue or person here. Getting a job first and getting ahead is essential, but here you have to be very careful. The companies are watching you. One of your mistakes can weigh heavily on you. If you want to move forward in the future, you need to keep in touch with your friends and acquaintances globally, not just in your own country. With social networking sites you have a wide range of them. You have the ability to influence them, so why not take advantages of the opportunity? After all, Nowadays it's time for go Gators not to so idly. If you want to make progress, you have to show it. So you don't have to step back but get a higher status.
