Certificate is often taken to mean success certificate ( pass certificate ) obtained after school, college examinations. Certificates are also certificates of honor received after participating in sports, cultural programs, debates at school or college. Apart form these certificates, some other certificates are also required such as birth certificate, OBC certificate, SC, ST etc. Certificates are required at the time of school admission. Marriage certificate registered in court after marriage, which is required to go abroad, to open a bank account. Similarly, death certificate, school leaving certificate, character certificate, domicile certificate, handicap card etc. are required from time to time after death.

 Why a Birth Certificate is Required :

* For school Admission

It is responsibility of each state government to issue a birth certificate. You can get this certificate by notifying the concerned department within 21 days of the birth of the child. MCD in Delhi and Joe NOMC do this parents, grandparents, uncles and aunts can share any information with the concerned department. When it comes to getting a certificate, a sensible person should go because it is necessary to sign the certificate. However, every government hospital and non - government hospital has a format for birth information in MCD or to NDMC, Nagar Palika or Nagar Panchayat etc. It is ready in 7 days after receiving the information and you can get it. There are two types of marriage registration certificates, one is the Hindu marriage Act and the other is the Special marriage Act. In the Special marriage act if one or more of the two partners are not Hindu, Sikh, Bodh, Jain.
The certificate is generated from the local SDM office. Obtain a copy of the SDM office form for the certificate and the Gazetted officer. Two passport size photos, wedding photo, wedding card with place and date etc. If marriage took place in a temple, attach it with a certificate made by the pandit. If you are divorced and remarrying, attach a copy of the divorce from the court. Certificates take 2 to 4 days to create. The fee for registration under the Hindu marriage Act is Rs. 100 and for registration under the Special marriage act is Rs. 150 ( i.e a fixed fee ).

                                                           

 Why OBC Certificate is Required :

* For admission in school, college.
* For a government job.
* For government facilities.
This certificate can be obtained from the field SDM or DC office. Collect the form from the office or fill out the online form and attach a copy of the required documents. Getting a date in advance saves time. And the clutches of bankers can also be avoided. It can take up to two months to cerate a certificate. There is no charge for this.

Why a Death Certificate is Required :

* To close or transfer a bank account.
* For family pension if in government service.
* For insurance policy.
* For land property.
* To remove names from the voter list or any offical papers.
Report the death of the concerned state government office. Registration to be done at the MCD and NDMC office in Delhi within 21 days of the death of the deceased. Close relatives of the deceased, son, daughter, brother, spouse can go and get the registration done. It can also be made from the cemetery. The first death certificate is free, after which the required number of copies is to be paid by the government for a fixed fee. It takes 21 days to generate this certificate.
In addition it is necessary to produce handicapped cards and missile certificates. Handicapped - card is required for government jobs. 90% blind, deaf, dumb, 40% physically handicapped, 35% mentally retarded people should use this card.
